Domestic Shipping Policy
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. We are constantly striving to expedite this process to get your products to you sooner.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
- Orders under Rs. 300: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 is charged.
- Orders over Rs. 300: Enjoy free shipping! However, depending on the size of your order, additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you in such cases to inform you of any additional charges.

Cash on Delivery:
- Available at a flat fee of Rs. 50. Please note that this option is only available in areas serviced by our delivery partners. You can check the availability of this service for your pin code during the checkout process.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
4. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.
5. Non-Delivery & Refused Deliveries
- If our delivery partner attempts to contact you and does not receive a response, they will reattempt delivery two more times. Further attempts may incur additional charges.
- If you refuse the delivery and the item is not damaged, we cannot provide a refund.
- If the delivery is lost in transit or not delivered for some other reason, we will provide a refund or a replacement as per your preference.
